"I already love the smell of the reed. If I can work on the roof or with reeds for even a day, I feel better in my skin.." - this is how András Vadász, founder and CEO of Innovativ Solution Ltd., describes his profession and vocation. His life story is like a fairy tale: his childhood dream was to continue his father's profession, and he achieved his dream after many trials and tribulations. From the age of a teenager, he consciously learned step by step how to make reeds.
"Since I left school, I had to learn self-sufficiency, i.e. how to look after myself. I would go out into the vast, endless fields of reeds, or into the lakes, wearing rubber boots with stirrups. In minus twenty degrees, I would walk across the ice field with a piece of scythe, cut the reeds, and then bundle them into a sheave." - tells us about the beginning.
This got him and his two brothers, who also learned the trade, used to working constantly in harsh conditions.
András Vadász joined the thatched-roof team founded by his father in 1995, which was a great step forward in his professional development. He did everything he could to establish his theoretical knowledge as well as possible: for example, he browsed through reports on water yield and plant structure, as he wanted to know what quality of crop could be expected where the cane was harvested or where cane production was taking place.

An old friend of András Vadász's father offered to help expand the business there.
